However, Kiara had to make a slight change in her diet to increase protein intake while she had to constantly maintain a calorie deficit. This meant toning Kiara’s body and building muscle while reducing body fat. Nicole said,

What does Kiara eat in the morning and for lunch?

Nicole revealed that Kiara used to start her morning with protein pancakes, made of oatmeal, nut flour, and protein powder. Which she used to have with maple syrup/monk fruit, fresh berries, and homemade hazelnut butter. But she changed this routine.

According to Nicole, Kiara used to eat mostly grilled chicken, chicken curry, asparagus, baby potatoes, avocado, and vegetables in her lunch and dinner, which she loved very much. But she had to compromise on her diet to reduce her weight.
