PM Awas Yojna New Rules: Currently, the process of survey has been started for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, due to which the citizens who are constantly getting information are getting the survey process completed by themselves or by visiting a Common Service Center, but many citizens will not be able to get the benefit of this scheme because many types of changes are being made by the Government of India under the rules.
The reason for the change in the rules is that ineligible persons should not get the benefit of this scheme because many times ineligible persons also get the benefit of the schemes, in such a situation, the benefit of this scheme is available only to the needy and eligible persons, so more new rules are being made and implemented for this scheme.
New rules of PM Awas Yojana
Currently the application process is being completed for both PM Awas Yojana rural and urban and rules have been set for both and the benefit will be provided only to such citizens who will keep those rules in mind and come under the rules and others will be excluded from this scheme and they will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.
All the citizens who have completed the application process for this scheme will be provided the benefit of this scheme by the Government of India soon after the application process is over, but first the selected employees can be sent for the verification of the house and only after that only those who are found eligible will be given the benefit of this scheme.
Such people will not be given the benefit of this scheme
- All citizens who pay income tax and trade tax will be excluded from this scheme.
- If any member of the family has a government job, then such a family will also be excluded from this scheme.
- Even after having a pucca house, the citizens who apply will not be given the benefit of this scheme.
- Citizens whose financial condition is good and who have the ability to build a pucca house will also not be able to get the benefit of this scheme.
- Farmers who have 11.5 acres or more of barren land and more than two and a half acres of accumulated land will also not be able to get the benefit of this scheme.
Last date of PM Awas Yojana Survey
The date of the survey process for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin has been fixed and this date is 31st March. The department has asked all the citizens to complete the survey process before March 31, so keeping this time in mind, complete the survey process. Applying on time will not cause any problem and you will easily get the benefit of this scheme.
How to apply for PM Awas Yojana?
- Citizens who want to apply themselves have to first visit the official portal.
- Now click on the option of Awas Pulse Survey.
- After this, links of two different apps will appear, Survey App and Aadhar Face ID App, so install both.
- After doing this, open the Survey App and complete the login process in it.
- Now enter all the necessary information like Aadhar number, name, bank account number etc.
- Some options will appear to tick mark, so tick mark the correct option.
- Now take a photo of your kutcha house and upload it and submit the application form.
- In this way, citizens living in rural areas can apply themselves using their smartphones.
