These slips provide candidates with information regarding the city where their examination centre has been allotted. The NTA will soon release the ‘Exam City Intimation Slip’ for JEE Main 2026 Session 2. Students appearing for this examination, scheduled for April, can visit the official website—jeemain.nta.ac.in—to download their City Slips. The Admit Cards will also be issued 3 to 4 days prior to the commencement of the examination.
Important Guidelines for Students
The NTA has advised students to keep their Application Number and Password secure while verifying their details. If any student encounters difficulties in downloading their City Slip, they may contact the NTA via its helpline number or email.
What are the Exam Dates?
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination is scheduled to be conducted between April 2 and April 9, 2026. The examination will be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
When will the Admit Cards be Released?
The Admit Cards will be released after the Exam City Slips are issued. Typically, Admit Cards are issued three to four days before the commencement of the examination.

Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.ac.in
Click on the ‘Session 2 City Intimation Slip’ link located under the ‘Candidate Activity’ board.
Enter your Application Number and Password.
Your City Slip will appear on the screen. Download the City Slip.
JEE Main Session 2 Eligibility Criteria:
Must have passed the 12th grade in 2024 or 2025.
Students appearing for the 12th board examination in 2026.
There is no upper age limit; however, students may appear for the exam for only three consecutive years.
