The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced the official RPSC SO Recruitment 2025 for 113 Statistical Officer posts. In this recruitment drive, a great opportunity is provided to the candidates who have an interest in statistics, economics, and data analysis to serve in a state government post. An online application started on 28th October 2025, and will end on 26th November 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the RPSC SO Recruitment 2025 should possess a master’s degree in any one of the following with at least second division marks: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics with Statistics, Commerce with Statistics, or M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Statistics. In addition, they need to have an RS-CIT Certificate provided by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University or any other certification approved by the Government of Rajasthan. One should go through the official notification carefully before applying to see all the qualifications.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit to apply is 21 years, and the maximum is 40 years on 1 January 2026. Age relaxation for candidates will be allowed as per Rajasthan Government rules for reserved categories.
Application Fee
Candidates from the General category or OBC (creamy layer) have to pay an application fee of ₹600. OBC non-creamy layer, EWS, SC, and ST candidates from Rajasthan will have to pay ₹400. Similarly, all PwD candidates will also have to pay ₹400. Fees are to be paid online at the time of filling out the application form through the official website of RPSC.
How to Apply Online
All the candidates, who wish to apply for the post, have to visit the official website of RPSC, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. By landing on the homepage, find and click on the “Apply Online” link provided in front of the advertisement of Statistical Officer. Register with basic details and then log in to fill the form and upload the necessary documents, paying the fee. After submission, the candidates should download and take a printout of their form for future reference. The final submission should be done cautiously after re-checking all filled-in details so that there is no error.
