Jharkhand TET Admit Card 2026: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the date for the release of admit cards for the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JHTET) 2026. Candidates who applied for the JHTET 2026 exam will soon be able to download their admit cards via the official JAC website, jacexamportal.in. When will the admit card be released?
According to the official notification issued by the Jharkhand Academic Council, the admit card for the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test will be released on October 15. Candidates will be able to obtain their admit cards by visiting the official JAC website.
When will the exam be held?
The Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test will be held at various exam centres on November 1. For the Class 1–5 eligibility test, candidates will face 150 questions worth 150 marks covering child development and pedagogy, language, a regional/tribal language (chosen from those listed in Schedule-1 of the regulations), mathematics, and environmental studies.
For the Class 6–8 eligibility test, candidates will face 100 questions covering subjects such as child development and pedagogy, language, mathematics and science, computer, social science, and social studies. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English.
To qualify for the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test, General and EWS candidates must secure 60% marks. Additionally, candidates belonging to the backward classes must secure 50% marks, while SC, ST, and differently abled candidates must secure 52% marks.
