iQOO Neo 11 Ultra: Whenever a new chipset emerges in the smartphone market, it creates a buzz. Now, it is iQOO’s turn; the company is set to launch its new “flagship killer,” the Neo 11 Ultra, in China next week. The iQOO Z11S will also make its debut alongside it, and both smartphones are currently available for pre-order in the country.
Leading up to the launch, Vivo’s sub-brand has been teasing details about the device, and the company has now made a major revelation that has captured everyone’s attention. The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will feature a new custom MediaTek chipset and the “Monster Super Core Engine.” The company has confirmed these details ahead of the launch, so let’s take a closer look.
According to the listing, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra measures 163.42 x 75.88 x 8.6 mm. The phone is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K Visionox F2 OLED display. iQOO Neo 11 Ultra comes with a 9,100mAh battery, which it says is the largest yet in a Neo-series phone. The battery will support 100W wired charging.

9500M Chipset
iQOO confirmed via a Weibo post that the Neo 11 Ultra will be powered by an octa-core custom MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset, built on a 3nm process. Most interestingly, this is not a standard chipset; iQOO developed it in collaboration with MediaTek.
Monster Super Core Engine
Along with this new chipset, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will feature the next-generation “Monster Super Core Engine,” which has been integrated directly into the MediaTek chip. The company claims that this custom-built Dimensity 9500M chipset will not only deliver superior performance but also excel in energy efficiency. This means users can expect smooth gaming and multitasking while keeping battery consumption in check.
F2 Display
Just prior to the chipset announcement, the company made another significant claim: the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will be the world’s first phone to feature a display utilising F2 luminescent material. The panel will deliver up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness across the entire screen, which will be highly beneficial for users in direct sunlight. Additionally, the display will feature a 98% first-frame brightness ratio, further enhancing outdoor visibility.

Camera
The phone is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP secondary camera. For selfie lovers, the phone is expected to feature a 16MP front camera.
Circular Polarised Light 2.0
With screen time increasing significantly these days, concerns about eye health are inevitable. Keeping this in mind, iQOO claims that the Neo 11 Ultra’s display emits less than 5% harmful blue light. It also incorporates the new “Circular Polarised Light 2.0” technology, which emits more natural light and offers better eye protection. The display’s minimum brightness can drop to 1 nit, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for those using the phone at night.
Design
It is worth noting that the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra stands out not just for its specifications but also for its design. The phone’s back panel features a “3D flowing light effect” that looks visually striking. Measuring just 9.13mm in thickness, the device will sport a metal frame with a matte finish and “R-corners.” Clearly, the company has focused as much on aesthetics as it has on performance this time around.
