Mumbai Rains:- People are in a bad condition due to the continuous heavy rains in Mumbai. Due to torrential rains in Mumbai and Thane on Tuesday, many areas in the region are waterlogged. People are facing numerous troubles due to heavy rainfall. Over the last few hours, heavy rains have caused havoc in various areas of Mumbai, including Vile Parle, Santacruz, Andheri, Khar, and Bandra. According to IMD, an alert has been issued due to moderate rainfall at some places in Mumbai and Thane over the next 3-4 hours. At the same time, there is also a possibility of thunderstorms and lightning with strong winds in some areas. A travel advisory has been issued by the airline due to heavy rains in Mumbai.

The impact of continuous heavy rains in Mumbai is evident in the city’s traffic and transportation services. Mumbai local trains are running late from their scheduled time, causing a lot of trouble to the passengers.

Rain Alert in Next 3 Hours
On the other hand, Mumbai Police issued a statement saying that in view of the heavy rain across Mumbai city and suburbs, citizens are requested to avoid visiting coastal and low-lying areas. The IMD stated that light to moderate rain is expected in Mumbai and its surrounding areas over the next four days. According to the IMD, moderate rain is expected in some parts of Mumbai and Thane in the next 3-4 hours. Thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds may also occur in some areas. The IMD has advised people to exercise caution when going out.
