Yogurt (Dahi)
Gram Flour (Besan)

**How to Prepare Kadhi:**
First, take a vessel and pour in some lukewarm water; then, thoroughly mix the gram flour (Besan) into it.
Now, add salt (to taste), turmeric powder, yogurt, and red chili powder to the mixture, and stir well for about 2 minutes.
