Heavy Rain Alert: These days it is monsoon season, so there will be rain, due to which waterlogging is being seen in many places. Flood-like conditions prevail in many places. In Himachal Pradesh, people have even lost their lives due to cloudburst. It is still raining heavily in various parts of the country, due to which a drop in the temperature level has been seen.
Clouds have camped in the capital Delhi and surrounding areas since morning. Due to drizzle in many areas of western UP, a drop in the temperature level has been recorded. It is also raining in many places in the northeastern states, due to which landslides are being seen in the hilly areas. The weather in the southern states is continuously bad. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, an alert of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in many states of the country.
Heavy rain with thunder in these states
If IMD is to be believed, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in many areas of the country. Heavy rains are expected in Himachal Pradesh on July 6, i.e. today, and in the areas of Madhya Maharashtra on July 6 and 7. Apart from this, heavy rains with thunderstorms have been predicted in Madhya Pradesh till July 11.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Vidarbha from July 6 to 8. Heavy rains can be seen in many places in Chhattisgarh. During the next 7 days, thunderstorms can also be seen along with light/moderate rains in most parts of the country. Strong winds are expected to blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour in these parts.
It will rain heavily here too.
According to the Meteorological Department, a warning has been issued for heavy rains in Uttarakhand, eastern Rajasthan from July 6-11. IMD has predicted heavy rains in eastern Uttar Pradesh, and western Rajasthan on 6, 10 and 11, and in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh during 6-10. Apart from these, a heavy rain alert has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh from 6-9 July.
Heavy rain with thunderstorms may occur in Himachal Pradesh on 7 and 8, Uttarakhand during 6-7. Heavy rain may also be seen in Punjab and Haryana on 6 and 7 July. Heavy rain alert has been issued in eastern Rajasthan on 9 and 10 July.
