According to the Meteorological Department, the morning in Lucknow, the capital of UP, is expected to start with clear skies. However, by afternoon, cloudy conditions are expected. Then, two or three spells of heavy rain with thunder and lightning are possible. The IMD predicts winds of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour. There is also a possibility of lightning strikes.
Rain Expected in Noida
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, cloudy conditions are expected in Noida, which borders Delhi, from the morning. A rain alert with lightning and thunder has been issued. Heavy rain with thunder and lightning is possible here.
Ghaziabad Weather
According to the Meteorological Department, cloudy conditions are also expected in Ghaziabad, a neighbouring district of Noida, from the morning. Rain with thunder and lightning is expected one or two times. The IMD has issued an alert for heavy rain with thunder and lightning here.
Gorakhpur Weather
According to the Meteorological Department, light fog is expected in Gorakhpur in eastern Uttar Pradesh in the morning. Furthermore, the effects of the Western Disturbance are not being observed here. Therefore, the meteorological department has not issued any warnings for this region.
