UP Monsoon Alert: It has been raining since morning in many parts of Uttar Pradesh, where the temperature level has also dropped. People have got relief from the scorching heat due to the fall in temperature. It is still raining in some areas of Moradabad, due to which the fields have become waterlogged. Here, the passersby are also facing troubles. Apart from Moradabad, many places in western UP are also witnessing rain.
Even now, strong winds and movement of clouds are continuing. The weather is expected to be even worse in many districts of the state. Due to rain, the water level of the rivers of UP is expected to increase significantly. The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains with strong winds in 55 districts of UP. Possibility of rain in these districts
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder in Lucknow, Mau, Gorakhpur, Ballia, Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur and Chandauli. Apart from these, heavy rains are expected in Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Kushinagar, Deoria, Sant Kabir Nagar and Basti. Heavy rains may also occur in Sitapur, Barabanki, Bahraich, Gonda, Shravasti, Lakhimpur Kheri, Hardoi, and Moradabad.
Red alert issued for these districts
IMD has predicted heavy rains in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Jaunpur and Ghazipur. At the same time, heavy rains are expected in Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur and Sant Kabir Nagar. Along with this, heavy rains are expected in Kushinagar, Ambedkar Nagar, Barabanki, Bahraich and Gonda.
Heavy rains are expected in Shravasti, Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur, Meerut and Najibabad. Heavy rain alert has also been issued in Lucknow, Kanpur, Kasganj, and Hathras. Strong winds can also blow here.
Waterlogging becomes a problem.
