Iran Protest Update – Iran will not see protesters killed! Donald Trump makes a big claim

New Delhi: Protests aimed at overthrowing the Iranian government show no signs of abating. Approximately 116 protesters have reportedly been killed in actions by the Iranian military. Meanwhile, the Iranian protesters are receiving open support from the United States. Trump has been continuously threatening Tehran.

Amidst this, Donald Trump has made a major claim regarding Iran. He claimed that the killings of anti-government protesters in Iran have stopped. US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that reliable sources had informed him that the planned executions had been halted.

Trump’s latest statement signals a significant shift from his previous stance, in which he had threatened military action against Iran. Just the day before, on Tuesday, Trump had urged the protesters in Iran to continue their demonstrations and said that help was on its way.
