Heavy rain with thunder in these districts
According to the Meteorological Department, a period of heavy rain with thunder can be seen in Jhansi, Banda and Mahoba of Bundelkhand. Apart from these, heavy rains are expected in Jalaun, Mainpuri, Farrukhabad, Etah and Etawah.

The IMD has predicted heavy rains in Kasganj, Kannauj, Auraiya, Aligarh, Agra and Rampur. Heavy rains may also occur in Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri and Shravasti Sitapur. Rains and lightning accompanied by thunder have been predicted in the Bahraich and Hardoi districts. An appeal has been made to be cautious in view of the possibility of lightning here.
Heavy rains in many places in UP
According to the Meteorological Department, a warning of heavy rains has been issued in Uttar Pradesh. Heavy to very heavy rains are expected in eastern UP. An alert has been issued for heavy rains at almost all places in western and eastern UP on August 23. Showers accompanied by thunder are expected here.
The maximum temperature in the state is expected to be 36 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature in Agra can be recorded up to 36.1 °C. The temperature in Hardoi has been up to 35 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in Kanpur was 34.4 degrees Celsius.
