Rain with thunderstorms in these states
According to the Meteorological Department, more than 204.5 mm of rain is expected in Karnataka’s coastal and valley areas. The IMD has warned of heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Konkan and Goa. There is also a possibility of thunderstorms here.
Strong winds at 50-60 km per hour are expected in many areas of Central Maharashtra and North Karnataka. There is a possibility of thunderstorms and heavy rains. If the report is believed, 204.4 mm of rain can be seen yearly.
Heavy rain with thunderstorms
According to the IMD, monsoon can hit Kerala in the next 4 to 5 days, where a period of heavy rain will begin. This time, the monsoon is likely to arrive sooner than before. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains with lightning and thunder are expected in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Marathwada. At the same time, rain may occur in most areas of Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. The Meteorological Department has predicted 64.5 to 115.5 mm of rain.
Strong winds can also blow here. By May 26, rains can also occur in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Strong winds are expected in these areas at 30-50 km per hour. Thunderstorms and hailstorms are expected in Uttarakhand and eastern Uttar Pradesh.
