This Air India plane left for London after taking off from Ahmedabad.

The Deputy Commissioner of Ahmedabad himself has confirmed the deaths. On Thursday, Air India’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft AI-171 crashed soon after takeoff. The plane took off from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 1.39 pm. As soon as it reached a height of 625 feet, it had a technical fault, after which the plane crashed.

Today, on the morning of June 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the people injured in the Air India plane crash at the Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad and inquired about their well-being.
