According to the Meteorological Department, the weather may remain dry in many areas of Uttar Pradesh, but there is a possibility of change after the next day, i.e., 11th. According to the Lucknow-based Meteorological Centre, light to moderate rain is expected in many districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh on June 11. Apart from this, an alert of rain with lightning and thunder has been issued in some districts on June 12 and 13.

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert for rain with thunderstorms has been issued in Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Jaunpur, and Deoria. Rain is expected in Lucknow, Bahraich, Balrampur, Kushinagar, and Azamgarh, as well as in nearby districts. Winds are expected to blow at a speed of 30 to 50 km/h here. The heat wave is likely to continue in western Uttar Pradesh.
