ICAI exam result:- If you had also appeared for CA Intermediate exam then now you can check your result through official website. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the results of the CA Intermediate Examination on June 24. The result has been made available for download on the official website of ICAI icai.org. Candidates will need roll number and registration number to download the result. According to the data, only 2,820 of 33,304 candidates who took the examination in both groups passed.
The overall pass percentage was only 8.47 per cent. This is why CA is considered to be one of the most challenging professional examinations in the country.
Shardul Shekhar becomes the country’s topper
Shardul Shekhar Vichare of Dombivali has secured All-India Rank 1 in the CA Intermediate Examination. Shardul scored 531 out of 600 marks. Abhinav Satish of Kochi came second with 530 marks and scored 88.33 per cent. Besides, Tirth Jain of Mumbai secured third place. He scored 519 marks, corresponding to 86.50 per cent.

What topics were the questions asked about?
The CA Intermediate exam covered important subjects such as Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Law, Auditing, Finance, and Strategic Management. The exam asked both objective and descriptive questions.
When was the exam?
ICAI had conducted the examination as per the revised schedule. Group-I examinations were held on 5th May, 7th May and 9th May 2026. The Group-II examinations were held on May 11, May 13 and May 15, 2026.
