Government Subsidy: The government operates numerous schemes aimed at strengthening people’s financial standing. Some of these schemes provide subsidies to beneficiaries. If you are facing any issues in receiving a subsidy, you can file a complaint. To facilitate this process, the government has launched the CPGRAMS portal. Through this portal, citizens can lodge complaints regarding government departments and track the status of their grievances.
What is the CPGRAMS portal?
CPGRAMS is the central government’s online grievance redressal platform. It allows citizens to submit complaints related to government services to the relevant department. We will address your issue by October 20th. If you are eligible for a scheme but are not receiving its benefits, you can file a complaint via the CPGRAMS portal.
Filing a complaint through a CSC centre
If you are unable to file a complaint online, you can do so by visiting a nearby Common Service Center (CSC).
First, visit your nearest CSC centre and explain the issue with the scheme.
Next, provide the necessary documents and details pertaining to your application.
With the assistance of the CSC operator, you can file a complaint on the CPGRAMS portal.
Once you file the complaint, keep a copy for your records so that you can check its status later.
