Fasal Bima Yojana 2025: किसानों के लिए अच्छी खबर सामने आई है। केंद्र सरकार ने घोषणा की है कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना (PMFBY) 2025 का फायदा पट्टेदार किसानों को मिलेगा। पर इसके लिए किसानों को जमीन मालिक से मंजूरी लेनी होगी। वहीं अगर पट्टेदार किसान को कृषि भूमि का मालिक न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर फसल बेचने की मंजूरी देता है तो राज्य सरकार की सहमति से MSP खरीदी जा सकती है। केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इसके बारे में खुद जानकारी दी।

आपको जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना को शुरू करने का मकसद किसानों की मदद करना है। दरअसल किसानों की फसल बारिश, तूफान, सूखा या कीड़ों के कारण ख़राब हो जाती है तो सरकार की तरफ से इसके लिए मुआवजा दिया जा सकता है। इसके पहले पट्टेदार किसानों को कई सरकारी योजनाओं का फायदा नहीं मिल पाता था। कृषि मंत्री ने कहा अब इसके बदला जा रहा है।
पट्टेदार किसानों को फायदा देने के लिए उठाया गया कदम
कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने लोकसभा में कहा कि पट्टेदारों किसानों को सरकारी योजनाओं का पूरा फायदा नहीं मिल पाता है। दरअसल अधिकतर पट्टे मौखिक होते हैं और दस्तवेजों की कमी की वजह से किसानों को लाभ नहीं मिल पाता है। कृषि मंत्री का कहना है कि इसी को सुधारने के लिए सरकार ने अहम फैसला लिया है। इसी साथ चौहान ने कहा कि पट्टेदार किसान या बंटाईदार किसान भी एफपीओ (FPO) का सदस्य बनकर लाभ उठा सकता है। आंकड़ों को बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि बीते कुछ महीनों में किसानों को पीएमएफबीवाई (PMFBY) का फायदा मिला है। वहीं करीब 42 लाख बंटाईदारों से MSP पर फसल खरीदी गई।

पट्टेदार किसान का क्या मतलब है?
नीति आयोग और कई कृषि विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, भारत देश में करीब 5 करोड़ किसानों के पास जमीन है। वो दूसरों की जमीन पर कृषि करते हैं। ऐसे ही किसानों को पट्टेदार किसान कहा जाता है। इसमें बटाईदार, लीज पर जमीन लेने वाले और ठेके पर खेती करने वाले किसान आते हैं।

Furthermore, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for severe heatwave conditions in Western Rajasthan over the next 6–7 days.
