Gold Rate Today: Rising gold and silver prices have stirred up the market. With the festive season approaching, gold prices have been consistently surging. After a day of stability, the price of 24-carat gold rose by ₹890 and 22-carat gold by ₹810 per 10 grams over two consecutive days. As for silver, prices have dropped today; after remaining stable for three days, the rates have come down.

In early trading on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the futures price of 24-carat gold initially fell by 0.07% (a drop of ₹111) to ₹1,63,118 per 10 grams. However, gold prices on the MCX are now trending upward. In the international market, gold reached $4,689.40 per ounce.
