Mix Fold 4 will not come this time, but Mix Flip 2 will
Xiaomi has decided not to launch Mix Fold 4 this year, but to fill this gap, the company is now focusing completely on Mix Flip 2. This phone can be launched at the end of this month and it is expected that along with this Redmi’s compact gaming tablet and powerful K80 Ultra will also be a part of the event.
Mix Flip 2 will have a big display and powerful processor
If leaked reports are to be believed, Mix Flip 2 will have a 6.85-inch OLED inner display, which will have a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. In this foldable phone, you will get Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which will keep it at the top level in terms of performance. Talking about the battery, it will have a 5,100mAh battery that will support 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The thickness of this device is said to be only 7.6mm and the weight will be around 190 grams, which makes it one of the slimmest and lightest foldables ever. It will also have an IPX8 rating, meaning there is no need to fear water splashes.
The cover screen with HyperOS 2
The biggest feature of the Mix Flip series has been its useful cover display – and Mix Flip 2 takes this trend forward. It will have a large 4-inch external display, which has been made even smarter with HyperOS 2. This time there will be a dedicated area on the cover screen, where you will be able to run apps, while extra content will be visible on the rest of the screen. The camera is also strong
