Vivo X200 FE and X Fold5: Vivo looks set for a big launch in India, and it might be done as early as July 10, 2025. The company is likely to launch two high-end smartphones, Vivo X200 FE and Vivo X Fold5, simultaneously. The X200 FE has already been spotted on the BIS certification website, which indicates that the launch in India is imminent. Both models are said to pack flagship-level specifications in new innovative designs, and this is making headlines in the tech world.

Vivo X200 FE Specifications and Features

Vivo X200 FE should be a small but powerful flagship smartphone. It should have a 6.31-inch 1.5K flat OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint scanner for easy unlocking. Inside, it may use either the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ or the Dimensity 9400e processor, both of which are capable of delivering top performance for gaming and multitasking.

The smartphone’s camera department is packed with a 50MP main Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX882) with 3x optical zoom, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies. It is expected to come with a massive 6,500mAh battery and support 90W fast wired charging.

That’s a significant upgrade from the 5,070mAh unit used in the China-only X200 Pro Mini. The phone also features an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone weighs approximately 200 grams and could be released in 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB memory variants.

Vivo X Fold5 Specifications and Features

The Vivo X Fold5 is a foldable flagship with industry-leading specifications. The device features an 8.03-inch 2K+ AMOLED internal display and a 6.53-inch LTPO OLED cover screen, both of which support a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset powers the device, complemented by 16GB RAM and 512GB storage space, providing industry-leading performance.

Its camera configuration is similar to the X200 FE featuring a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, 50MP ultrawide lens, and 50MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX882) with 3x zoom. It also features dual 32MP front cameras for good front pictures. The battery life is 6,000mAh with the support of 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.

The phone features a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a three-stage alert slider. At 4.3mm when opened and 9.33mm when folded, it will be among the thinnest foldable phones out there, even beating the Oppo Find N5.

Design and Build Quality

Both phones are anticipated to feature a sophisticated design that marries strength with beauty. The X200 FE’s slightly higher weight than the X200 Pro Mini indicates a heavier-duty build, while the X Fold5’s extremely thin profile may render it the most coveted foldable in the market.
