Vivo V70 & Vivo V70 Elite 5G Phone Officially Launching on February 19: Vivo V70 and the newly introduced Vivo V70 Elite are officially confirmed to launch in India on February 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. IST, and pre-booking for both devices opened on February 12 and will continue through February 24, 2026.

The series is likely to be powered by powerful Snapdragon chipsets, and it will get a camera setup co-engineered with ZEISS. It will also feature a massive 6500mAh BlueVolt battery and support for 90W fast charging. Price & Availability

The Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite 5G phone sales are scheduled for February 25 to February 28, 2026, followed by a Super Deals sale until March 3. The Vivo V70 phone is likely to be priced around ₹45,999 for the 8GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant is likely to be priced around ₹49,999.

The Vivo V70 Elite 5G phone is expected to come in a total of 3 variants, which include an 8GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant that may cost around ₹51,999, the 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant expected to cost around ₹56,999, while the top-end 12GB RAM plus 512GB storage variant is likely to be priced around ₹61,999.

Display

Both phones feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5000 nits, which provides good visibility in any light condition. They also include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0 that works with wet or dirty hands.
Simultaneously, both carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for top-grade dust and water resistance.

Camera System

The series features a camera system co-engineered with ZEISS and includes a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX766 sensor and optical image stabilization, along with a 50MP telephoto camera with Sony IMX882 sensor offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. Whereas in front, it has a 50MP group selfie camera.

Performance

The Vivo V70 phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the V70 Elite phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which marks the first time a V series phone uses an 8-series chip.

The phones are expected to ship with Android 15 based on MagicOS 9 / Funtouch OS 15, and Vivo promises 6 years of security updates with this phone.

Vivo has also introduced an India-exclusive AI Holi Portrait feature available from launch until March 15, 2026, alongside AI Magic Weather and AI Audio Noise Eraser.
