It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset, which has a 3.0GHz octa-core processor. With 8GB RAM and an additional 8GB virtual RAM, the phone can handle multitasking easily. Storage is 128GB, but there is no memory card support. The camera setup includes a 64MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera.
It is equipped with a 4830mAh battery and 66W fast charging, which can charge the phone quickly. It lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and water resistance. The connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB-C 2.0.

iQOO Neo 6 is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor based on a 3.2GHz octa-core CPU, that is marginally higher than the Dimensity 1300. It has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage but no expandable storage option. The camera setup on the back is also identical to the Vivo V25 Pro, with a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro camera. The front has a 16MP camera.
iQOO Neo 6 comes with a 4700mAh battery, which is a bit less than the Vivo V25 Pro’s, but it has support for quicker 80W charging. It also does not have a headphone jack or water resistance. Other specifications include 5G support, Bluetooth 5.2, and an IR blaster for remote control purposes.
