Samsung Galaxy Tab S11: The addition of Samsung’s Galaxy AI features is the only significant update to the Galaxy Tab S devices. Over the last few a long time, the Galaxy Tab S Ultra versions have also little changed in terms of style. Last year, Samsung made a major and noteworthy shift by switching to a MediaTek chipset, the Dimensity 9300+. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra are expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC this year, per recent reports. Also, a benchmark website has provided us with additional information.

With a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, Samsung’s coming Galaxy Tab S11 was first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav and is now listed on the benchmarking website Geekbench.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Samsung SM-X736B with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ is the device in question. With a maximum clock speed of 3.73GHz, the chipset outperforms the 3.4GHz offered by the previous MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC included in the Galaxy Tab S10+. Also, the description indicates that a 12GB RAM version of the tablet will be available.

About the scores, they appear to be a little lackluster. In Geekbench’s single and multi-core testing, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ in the Galaxy Tab S11 achieved scores of 1,420 and 5,312, respectively. We received the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra for review, but not the Galaxy Tab S10+. In contrast, we received scores of 2,115 and 7,058 for the MediaTek-powered Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra that we examined last year. The fact that an older processor performs better than a newer one is quite startling, although it could be because the tests were conducted on a prototype device.

As expected, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra in our review turned out to be a niche device. In India, it now retails for Rs. 1,04,999. You will need to pay more if you want the charger or any other extras. The tablet device body is only 5.4 mm thick, and it contains a 14.6-inch, 2,960 x 1,848 pixel, 16:10 ratio, 120Hz AMOLED display. Also, it is among the few tablets available with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. As with other Ultra models, the tablet weighs 718 grams and features a typical 11,200mAh battery that lasts for days when used regularly.
