Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: Samsung has just launched its latest phone, the Galaxy S25 Edge, making waves for all the right reasons. Not only is the phone intelligent and quick, but thin too. At an astonishing 5.8mm thick and weighing a mere 163g, it’s Samsung’s thinnest flagship phone to date. And of course, it also reminds me of an expensive one because it is constructed with a titanium frame and a durable Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 case.
Galaxy S25 Edge features an astounding 6.7-inch Quad-HD+ AMOLED screen that’s incredibly sharp and silky smooth to look at with its 120Hz refresh rate. It comes equipped with the newly launched Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, specifically designed for Galaxy smartphones. You’re treated to 12GB of RAM and two variants of storage space — 256GB and 512 GB.
Phone fanatics will adore its 200MP main camera that takes extremely sharp photographs with 2x optical zoom integrated into the sensor itself. It boasts an ultra-wide 12MP lens and a 12MP front self-camera. It comes with a 3,900mAh battery and fast wired and wireless charging support.
This Android 15 phone features Samsung One UI 7. But the one thing that stands out most about it is its incredible AI abilities. It comes with the latest Samsung’s Now Bar and Drawing Assist and Google’s Gemini AI features in the guise of Gemini Live. These enable it to assist you in live suggestion, intelligent image editing, and night photography via such features as ProScaler and Digital Natural Image.
Galaxy S25 Edge can be bought in India for ₹1,09,999. It comes in three new fashionable colors – Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Silver. It went on pre-bookings last week, and the Galaxy S25 Edge starts selling on May 30.
Compared to the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra, however, the S25 Edge merely occupies the middle ground. The S25 Edge is sleeker in appearance and with more wise features than the S25+, but neither more expensive than the Ultra. If thin, mighty, and full-of-smart-feature stuff is what you are in the market for, however, then the Galaxy S25 Edge may be the one for you.
