Realme GT 7 Series: Realme is going to launch its new GT 7 series in the global market soon. This time the company will also introduce three models — Realme GT 7, Realme GT 7T and Realme GT 7 Dream Edition — in India. These smartphones will be unveiled in late May, and their design and specifications have already been revealed ahead of the launch.
Launch Date and Event
The global launch of the Realme GT 7 series will take place in Paris on May 27. The company will live stream this event on its YouTube channel, making it possible to watch this smartphone in India at 1:30 pm. Also, the price and availability will also be announced at this event.
Possible price and availability in India
The official information about the price has not come yet, but the price of Realme GT 7 in Europe is estimated to be around Rs 77,400 and the price of Realme GT 7T is around Rs 67,700. In India, these devices will be available from the company’s website, Amazon and offline stores a few days after the launch.
Design and color options
Both Realme GT 7 and GT 7T will be available in IceSense Black and IceSense Blue colors. A special Racing Yellow option will also be available for GT 7T. This time the company has given IceSense Graphene thermal solution, which will help in keeping the phone cool. The frame of GT 7 is laser etched and a skin-friendly back panel with metallic texture will also be available.
Display
Realme GT 7 will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display, which has Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Its peak brightness will be 6000 nits and refresh rate will be 120Hz. Dream Edition will also come with the same display. At the same time, Realme GT 7T will have a 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display, which will support 120Hz refresh rate and 6000 nits brightness.
Performance and Software
Realme GT 7 and Dream Edition will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e processor, which is based on 4nm technology and will come with powerful Arm Cortex-X4 core. For graphics, it has Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU. Realme GT 7T will get MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Max processor. All three smartphones will launch with Realme UI 6.0, which is based on Android 15.
Camera setup
Realme GT 7 and Dream Edition will have triple rear camera consisting of 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. Realme GT 7T will have a primary camera with Sony IMX896 sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. All three phones will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Battery and Charging
Realme GT 7 and GT 7T will have a large 7000mAh battery, which will support 120W fast charging. Realme GT 7 will also have a “Long-life Battery Chip”, which will help in increasing the life of the battery by reducing its overheating. The presence of this chip in GT 7T is not clear at the moment.
The Realme GT 7 series is set to make a strong entry in the mid-range smartphone market with its powerful hardware, high refresh rate display, and excellent camera setup.
