OPPO Reno14: OPPO is once again coming to rock the market with its stylish and innovative smartphone. This time the company is bringing the OPPO Reno14 Series, which will not only look beautiful but will also be equally powerful from inside. Recently, OPPO has made the ‘Notify Me’ page live on its website, which makes it clear that the entry of Reno14 Series in India is not far away. It is believed that this series can be launched in India in the first week of July.

Design that looks like nature

The biggest thing that OPPO has shown in the Reno14 Series is its nature-inspired design. The phone has been designed in such a way as if it is taking inspiration from something natural. Its single-glass back is very smooth and elegant. There are ultra-thin bezels all around which give a very premium feel to look at. It has a special kind of glow finish, which is prepared with 12-layer micro pattern coating. This technique has been made with twice the detailing as compared to the earlier Reno models, due to which the colors on the body of the phone appear to change from every angle. These color variants will come in beautiful options like Red, Blue, Gold and Silver.

Velvet Touch Pearl White, Stylish Forest Green

OPPO has used Velvet Glass for the first time in the Pearl White variant of the Reno14 Series. To make it, the company has adopted a 65-step cold-sculpting process, in which double engraving and polishing is done. The result is – a very smooth, premium and anti-smudge finish.

At the same time, the Titanium Gray variant comes with a modern look with a combination of matte base and reflective edges. Forest Green looks completely different because it has a luminous camera ring, which is designed with a special offset printing and light-layering technique.

So thin, yet so tough 

Along with the design, OPPO has also made this series amazing in durability. This inspiration has been taken from sponges found in the sea, which absorb the impact when they fall. Similarly, the Reno14 Series has been given Sponge Armor Body which protects the phone by absorbing the collision of accidental drops.

Apart from this, the frame of the phone is made of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, which makes it both strong and light. The Pearl White and Forest Green variants are only 7.42mm thin while the Pro variant is 7.58mm – that is, thin as well as strong.

New level of waterproofing 

With the Reno14 Series, OPPO has left no stone unturned in terms of protection from water and dust. This time the phone will come with IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings – meaning this phone will not be damaged by dust, water splashes, prolonged immersion in water and high-pressure water jets.

Not only this, the phone will also have the facility of 4K underwater video recording. Apart from this, platinum-coated USB port has been given which protects against corrosion. In such a situation, you can use the phone without worry even in rough and tough use.

Display that will give ultimate experience 

Now talking about the display, the Reno14 Series will come in two models. OPPO Reno14 Pro will have a 6.83-inch OLED display, which has a resolution of 1.5K and the screen-to-body ratio goes up to 93.6%. At the same time, the standard Reno14 model will have a 6.59-inch display and 93.4% screen-to-body ratio.

Both the phones support 120Hz refresh rate, which makes the movements on the screen look very smooth. Apart from this, features like 1,200 nits brightness, 3,840 Hz PWM dimming and HDR10 + certification make it even more special. Another unique thing – this screen can be operated even while wearing gloves, which will be very useful in winter.

When will Reno14 Series come to India?

Even though the company has not yet officially announced the launch date, it is being speculated that OPPO Reno14 Series can be launched in India in the first week of July. The Pearl White variant is expected to come to India first.
