Oppo Reno 14 Series: Oppo recently launched its new Reno 14 series in China, and now the company has confirmed that this series will soon enter the global market as well. The special thing is that the global variants will get the integration of Google Gemini AI, which will make some of Oppo’s core apps smarter than before. Like the Chinese version, the global models will also come with Android 15 based ColorOS 15 and will be equipped with great performance, camera and AI tools.

The global version will come with Android 15 based ColorOS 15, which will give users a clean, smooth and up-to-date experience. Talking about the display, the Reno 14 will get a 6.59-inch and the Reno 14 Pro will get a 6.83-inch 1.5K flat OLED screen, which will make watching content and playing games even better. The phone has also received IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it will be well protected from dust and water.

Google Gemini AI will make the smartphone even more powerful

In the Oppo Reno 14 series, Google Gemini AI will be integrated into apps like Oppo Notes, Calendar and Clock. This means that users will be able to complete many tasks simultaneously by giving commands directly through Gemini. Simply hold the side button to activate Gemini Chat and specify your need — like reading a long document, summarizing it and saving it to Notes, or extracting recipe steps from a YouTube video and saving it directly to Notes.

 

Apart from this, users will also be able to add trip booking information directly to Oppo Calendar. This feature will be especially beneficial for those who look for multitasking and smart features in the phone.

Powerful chipset and high performance storage

The Reno 14 will be launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset and the Reno 14 Pro with the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset. These processors promise faster performance and better battery efficiency. Talking about the storage option, it will get up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, which will not only give users space but also a smooth and fast experience.
