Oppo PKZ110: A cryptic new Oppo phone has surfaced on Geekbench, generating excitement before its public launch. The phone, which carries a model number PKZ110, appears to be equipped with good specs when it comes to performance. Although no confirmed name of the phone is available, several speculate that it may become part of Oppo’s new Reno or K series range. Let’s see what the Geekbench record shows.
Oppo PKZ110 Geekbench Listing
Oppo PKZ110 has found its way to the Geekbench database, where it is mentioned with the MediaTek MT6899 chipset. The chip is internally named “k6899v1_64,” which assures that the phone is powered by the Dimensity 8400. The chipset features a 3.2GHz main core, three performance cores at 3GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.10GHz. It also features Mali-G720 MC7 GPU support, providing solid graphics performance.
Smartphone was also spotted previously on China’s radio certification and MIIT certification websites. Now that it has been spotted on Geekbench, more of the details are confirmed. The smartphone is said to have 12GB RAM and comes with Android 15. Regarding performance scores, it has succeeded in attaining 1612 points for the Geekbench 6 single-core test and 6404 for the multi-core test.
Reno 14 Series or K13?
There is continued speculation regarding whether this device falls in the Reno or K series. The Reno 12 series supported Dimensity 8250 and Dimensity 9200+ chipsets. Subsequently, the Reno 13 series employed Dimensity 8350. Since Reno phones are more camera-centric than outright performance, it’s less likely that Reno 14 will leap to Dimensity 8400. Leaks also indicate Reno 14 could retain Dimensity 8350.
Conversely, the K13 series is already in the pipeline and will supposedly feature three models: K13x, K13, and K13 Turbo. These are said to be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, Dimensity 8400, and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 respectively. This makes it highly possible that PKZ110 belongs to the future K13 family, possibly the normal K13 model. Nevertheless, the confirmation is still pending.
Dimensity 8400 in Other Devices
Dimensity 8400 chipset has already been used in other devices such as Redmi Turbo 4, Realme Neo 7 SE, and iQOO Z10 Turbo. All of these handsets are famous for their speed and price. If Oppo is also employing the same chipset for PKZ110, the device may provide the same kind of speed and gaming experience.
Android 15 and RAM Support
Another major highlight is the inclusion of Android 15, which is likely to deliver smoother UI transitions, enhanced security features, and improved power management. Paired with 12GB RAM, this phone is likely to deliver a responsive and fast user experience, perfect for gaming and multitasking.
