Oppo Find X9 Pro 5G: The upcoming Oppo Find X9 Pro 5G is already creating quite a buzz in the smartphone market, thanks to multiple leaks and tips from reliable insiders. Although none of these details have been officially confirmed by Oppo, the leaked information paints a very interesting picture of what could be one of the most powerful flagships of 2025. One of the biggest highlights is the change in the camera system. Unlike its predecessor, the Find X8 Pro, which came with a quad-camera setup, the Oppo Find X9 Pro is rumored to switch to a triple-camera system. But this time, the focus seems to be on quality rather than the number of sensors.

The main camera is tipped to be a 50MP Sony LYT-828 sensor, which is a large sensor expected to take image quality to another level. With Oppo’s advanced image processing and its partnership with Hasselblad, this sensor could deliver stunning shots, especially in low-light conditions, while Optical Image Stabilization is also said to be included. The biggest upgrade, however, is expected in the telephoto lens. Leaks suggest that Oppo is planning to use a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 periscope telephoto camera, offering 3x optical zoom. The size of this sensor, at 1/1.56-inch, is unusually large for a telephoto, which means users could expect incredible detail and clarity even when zooming in. For ultrawide photography, Oppo may equip the phone with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 sensor, which is said to bring improved sharpness, detail, and autofocus compared to the previous generation. The selfie camera is also rumored to be a massive 50MP ISOCELL JN5 with autofocus, a big jump from the earlier 32MP, promising flagship-level selfies and video calls.

Apart from the cameras, the Oppo Find X9 Pro is also tipped to undergo some design changes. The circular camera module may finally be replaced with a more rectangular or pill-shaped design in the top left corner, giving the phone a more modern and premium look similar to the Reno lineup. Powering the device could be the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is expected to compete with Snapdragon’s top-end processors. The battery is rumored to be massive, ranging between 7,000mAh and 7,500mAh, which would make it one of the largest on a flagship. To add to durability, it may also carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The Oppo Find X9 Pro series is expected to launch in China around October 2025, with a global rollout shortly after.
