The tech world was waiting for this new flagship phone for quite some time, and now the company has finally announced its official launch date. Nothing Phone (3) will be officially launched in India on July 1, and before that its price and some special specifications have already been leaked, which is making this phone even more exciting.

Carl Pei, who is the founder of the Nothing brand, is once again coming back to the flagship smartphone segment. After the Phone (2) they shifted focus to the affordable range with devices like the Phone (3a) and CMF Phone 2 Pro. Now the biggest question is – what will be the price of Nothing Phone (3)? The official price will be known on the day of launch, but some guesses are being made based on the leaks. In the overseas market, this phone will be launched with two different storage and RAM options. The first variant could have 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, which could cost around $799 (around ₹68,000). The second, top-end variant could have 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, which could cost $899 (around ₹77,000).

But there is a good news for the Indian market – some tech insiders say that the Indian pricing of the Nothing Phone (3) could be comparatively a bit low. Meaning, the base variant is expected to be available for around ₹60,000 in India, which makes it more value-for-money than phones like the Galaxy S25 and Apple iPhone 16/17.

Specifications that have been leaked so far

As far as we know, the Nothing Phone (3) could be a complete flagship package. According to reports, this phone could feature Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen Elite chipset. If the pricing is kept a little competitive, the company could also use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Both chipsets offer power-packed performance and will also offer a great gaming experience with daily use.

Talking about the display, a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel can be seen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. This will be a Full HD+ display in which the colours and brightness will be quite vibrant and crisp. The camera section is also said to be quite strong – according to the leaks, the Phone (3) will have a triple rear camera setup. This setup could be like the Phone (3a) Pro which will have wide, ultrawide and telephoto lenses. Meaning, there will be a chance to take perfect shots from every angle.

The battery specs are not confirmed yet but it is expected that it will have a 5,000mAh battery that will support 45W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Looking at the software, this phone can be launched with Android 16 based Nothing OS, which promises a clean UI and minimal bloatware. If you are looking for a phone with a clean Android experience, then Nothing Phone (3) should definitely be on your list.

Is this a competition of iPhone or Galaxy?

If the leaks turn out to be true, then Nothing Phone (3) can not only become a flagship killer, but will also become a direct rival of high-end phones from Apple and Samsung.
