Moto G06: Motorola seems set to release its latest budget phone, the Moto G06. A fresh leak by tech website XpertPick has put the device in the limelight before Motorola makes an official announcement. The leak originates from a product listing found on the website of Italian retailer Epto, which revealed some important information.

Retail Listing Confirms Pricing and Variants
As per the listing, the Moto G06 will be available in two versions. The first version comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, whereas the second model upgrades the internal storage to 256GB. The price is as affordable as €122.90 for the basic model and €169.90 for the upgraded variant. Such prices suggest that Motorola is committed to keeping its new release within the affordability range of common buyers.
Pantone-Verified Color Options Bring a Premium Touch
Design-wise, Motorola is also partnering with Pantone to provide distinct and beautiful color options. The Moto G06 will come in three colors, the company said: Arabesque, a light lavender shade Tapestry, a rosewood warm color; and Tendril, an energetic fresh green. These Pantone-verified colors are not commonly found in this budget segment and are likely to appeal to users who prioritize aesthetics.
Expected Specs According to Moto G05
Though the listing didn’t include complete specifications, we can make some educated guesses given the Moto G05, which is its predecessor. Last year’s G05 had a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, the Helio G81 Extreme processor, and a 5,200mAh battery with 18W charging support. If Motorola uses a similar template, the G06 should be able to deliver good performance for day-to-day tasks.
Core Features Sure to Come Back
Other features on the Moto G05 included a 50MP main camera and an 8MP front camera. MicroSD card expansion, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader were also supported by the phone. These core features made it a balanced budget device, and Motorola is sure to carry most of these features forward in the G06.
Last Thoughts: Budgeting with a Style Boost
Although we have yet to hear an official word from Motorola, the early leak indicates the Moto G06 will carry on the brand’s formula of offering feature-rich smartphones with a touch of flair. With Pantone-approved colors and expanded storage capacity, the Moto G06 promises to be an attractive option for price-sensitive consumers who are not willing to settle for aesthetic appeal.
