Optimized for performance and efficiency, this new chip will arrive on the new Oppo Find X9 series and Vivo X300 lineup later this year. The core of the Dimensity 9500 is MediaTek’s third-generation CPU structure, which is entirely based on performance cores. In addition, MediaTek emphasizes cooperation with Unreal Engine 5.6’s MegaLights and Unreal Engine 5.5’s Nanite, which are features intended to advance the graphical capabilities of gaming on mobile to console levels. AI Capabilities with Generative AI Engine 2.0

As MediaTek reports, these enhancements result in AI work being 100 percent faster with up to 56 percent less power consumption. Even when running 1.58-bit BitNet models, power consumption is cut by 33 percent, providing smoother AI-powered experiences such as real-time translation, smart assistants, and heavy-duty photo editing.

MediaTek has officially revealed that Dimensity 9500-driven devices will hit the market in Q4 2025, beginning with the Oppo Find X9 series and Vivo X300 series.
