iQOO 10 Pro vs IQOO 11 Pro vs IQOO 12 Pro: The iQOO Pro series has shown strength in power, camera and display in every generation. It is important to know what is special in iQOO 10 Pro, 11 Pro and 12 Pro and which model will be best for whom. Let’s understand the real power of this flagship lineup.
Performance Zest: Snapdragon Advances
iQOO’s Pro series has been bringing big changes in performance and features with every new model. The iQOO 10 Pro started with the Gen 1+ chipset, the 11 Pro added Gen 2 and V2 imaging chips, while the 12 Pro set a new standard of power and efficiency with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Visuals & Display Brilliance
All three phones have a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED QHD+ display, but as the generation increased, the brightness also increased. The display of iQOO 10 Pro offered up to 1,500 nits of brightness with a 120Hz refresh rate. After this, 11 Pro came with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,800 nits of brightness, which could be seen comfortably even in sunlight outside. But 12 Pro set a new standard of brightness – its peak brightness goes up to 2,700 nits, making it unbeatable in outdoor visibility.
Also, the trend of flat display is now being seen in these devices, which reduces reflection on the screen and also improves durability.
Power & Thermal Design
iQOO has tried to create a lot of balance in terms of battery and charging. Both iQOO 10 Pro and 11 Pro had a 4,700mAh battery, which could be fully charged in just 10 minutes with 200W wired charging. Apart from this, both also had 50W wireless charging support.
In iQOO 12 Pro, the company took a slightly different path – here the battery was increased to 5,100mAh, which gives long backup, but the wired charging speed was brought down to 120W. However, this charging speed is also quite fast and is also considered safer. Wireless charging still remains at 50W.
Camera Evolution
The camera segment has also seen changes with every generation. Both iQOO 10 Pro and 11 Pro had a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, 13MP telephoto and 50MP ultrawide lens.
Now if we talk about 12 Pro, then the ultrawide and main sensors are the same, but the telephoto has been upgraded to a 64MP periscope lens, which is capable of giving 3x optical and 100x digital zoom. That is, this phone is a perfect choice for those who love zoom and clarity.
Durability & Connectivity
The iQOO 10 Pro and 11 Pro did have water and dust resistance, but they did not get any official IP certification. At the same time, the iQOO 12 Pro has got an IP68 rating, which means that now these phones can be considered completely dustproof and waterproof.
Talking about connectivity, all the phones brought advanced technology in their time. The 10 Pro had Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, while the 11 Pro and 12 Pro come with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3/5.4 support – which is enough to give a future-proof wireless experience.
Memory & Storage
All three phones get LPDDR5X RAM, but there has been an upgrade in storage technology. The iQOO 10 Pro had both UFS 3.1 and UFS 4.0 variants, while the 11 Pro and 12 Pro only have UFS 4.0 storage – which is faster and energy efficient.
Software & Experience
The iQOO 10 Pro came on Android 12. After this, the 11 Pro brought Vivo’s V2 imaging chip in OriginOS or FuntouchOS with Android 13, which boosted the camera and performance. Now the 12 Pro comes with Android 14 and FunTouchOS 14, which not only gives speed but also makes the user experience modern and simple.
Price & Market Availability
The iQOO 10 Pro and 11 Pro were launched in China and were available in India in limited quantities – that too through the grey market or import. They were priced around ₹59,000 to ₹70,000.
iQOO 12 Pro officially launched in India in December 2023 and its price starts at ₹ 64,990, which goes up to ₹ 75,000 depending on the variant.
Which One Suits You?
If you want a flagship phone that is balanced from every angle – be it performance, display brightness, battery backup or powerful zoom in the camera – then iQOO 12 Pro is the perfect choice for you.
iQOO 11 Pro is still value-for-money if you want 200W superfast charging and power like Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, the camera and durability are slightly less in it.
On the other hand, iQOO 10 Pro is now old, but if you get it at a discount, then it is still a good device, especially for those who want basic flagship performance and fast charging, but do not want to spend much.
