The Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X200S will be available in China during the first half of 2025. According to reports, the company is developing the Vivo X-Fold 4 foldable phones, which may go on sale in the middle of 2025. The X300 lineup is slated to debut in the last quarter of this year. According to a recent leak from source Digital Chat Station, the X300 lineup may feature four versions.
Vivo X300 series will include these phones.

The Vivo flagship X300 series is the target of the leak. Two less models and two top models will be in the lineup, according to the machine-translated material. The Vivo X300, X300 Pro Mini, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra may be in this lineup. Vivo’s high-end X300 Pro and X300 Ultra models feature big quad-curved screens, while the company’s lower-end X300 and X300 Pro Mini versions have flat screens.
The tipster stated that hardware limitations and internal component systems are the obvious reasons for the introduction of larger models with curved panels and smaller versions with flat displays. Additionally, the tipster added that only the high-end versions will have this capability because the 200-megapixel periscope camera with a huge sensor is too big to fit in lesser devices.
This leak differs from the tipster’s earlier leak, which stated that the lineup would include three models: the Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, and Vivo X300 Ultra. As to the leak, the X300 will be a smaller variant with a 6.31-inch display, similar to the X200 Pro Mini, rather than having a 6.7-inch display like the X200.
It is important to note that Vivo’s next-generation X-series flagship has just been given provisional titles thus far; the precise name has not been disclosed. It is believed that the Vivo X300 series will debut in October of this year. The next-generation Dimensity 9500 processor is probably going to be included in all variants, with the exception of the Ultra variant. With the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip, the Ultra version might debut in the first half of 2026.
