Honor Magic V5: The Honor Magic V5, the company’s new foldable phone, will make its Malaysian premiere on July 15th, as per the official confirmation. The Magic V5, the lightest and slimmest foldable phone in the world, was introduced in China earlier this month. Honor Malaysia has released an official statement that this upcoming launch will be its first worldwide launch.

As seen above, Honor has formally announced that the Honor Magic V5 will go on sale in Malaysia on July 15. As to the post, the V5 will come with no compromises in areas like durability, battery life, or camera quality.
Features for the Honor Magic V5
There are two battery types available for the Magic V5 in China: 5,820mAh and 6,100mAh. Only the 5820mAh model is probably going to be available in regions outside of China.
The Magic V5 features a 6.43-inch LTPO OLED cover screen in addition to a 7.95-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED panel. The Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage are all included in the device’s internal parts.
Both the internal screen and the cover display of the Magic V5 feature a 20-megapixel camera. A 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with autofocus, and a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support are all mounted on the device’s rear.
Other features of the Magic V5 include an IR blaster, USB-C (Gen 3.1), two speakers, 66W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and a fingerprint scanner that faces the side. It weighs 217 grams and is 8.8 mm thick.
In Malaysia, the Honor Magic V5 is expected to face competition from devices like the Oppo Find N5, Vivo X Fold 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 7. The Vivo and Samsung devices are expected to make their Malaysian launches very soon, while the Oppo offering has already gone live.
