Design and Display: Thin, Colorful, and Lively
Based on leaks, the Honor 400 will get a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an eye-watering 5000 nits of peak brightness. The Pro variant, meanwhile, should get a slightly larger 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, again with a 120Hz refresh rate and comparable brightness. These screens will undoubtedly deliver silky-smooth scrolling and great outdoor readability.
Performance and Chipsets: From Midrange to Flagship Power
Honor 400 is said to be driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, a solid mid-range performer for daily use and casual gaming. The Honor 400 Pro, however, might bring it to the next level with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. This would provide smoother multitasking and class-leading gaming performance, particularly with Honor’s software optimizations.
Camera Capabilities: 200MP Primary Sensor Shines
The two phones are likely to sport a 200MP primary camera, but the Pro variant will get ahead of it with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It is also said to be combined with a 50MP telephoto sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide lens, making it perfect for all kinds of photography. Both smartphones can feature a 50MP front camera at the front, perfect for high-res selfies and video calls.
Battery and Charging: Super Fast and Long-Lasting
Honor 400 is likely to come with a 5300mAh silicon-carbon battery and 66W fast charging support. The Pro variant may come with the same battery life but with better 100W fast charging, which is likely to charge the phone to 50% in just 15 minutes. That would be a whole game-changer for busy users.
Other Features: Slimmer Build, Eye Protection, and Durability
The Honor 400 must also be powered by Android 15 operating system with MagicOS 9.0 on top. It can also provide AI Circadian Night Display, Dynamic Dimming, and Ultra Dark Mode for stress-free viewing. IP65 waterproofing, NFC, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor complete it as a full package. The phone will weigh as little as 184g and measure as thin as 7.3mm.
Honor 400 Pro Extras: Tough But Premium
The Pro model can take it up a notch with an IP68/IP69 rating for added ruggedness. It can weigh 208g and measure 8.1mm thick, marginally heavier but tougher. With high-end specs, excellent build quality, and amazingly fast charging, Honor 400 Pro can take on some of the best flagship phones of 2025.
Verdict: A Promising Duo for 2025
With eyeball-grabbing features like 200MP cameras, AMOLED displays, and rapid charging, both Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro promise to be strong contenders in their respective segments. As an average user or an enthusiast user, these phones seem to be prepped up to offer something good in all departments.
