Pahalgam Attack Effect: Instagram has suddenly made a big bang. The news is circulating that they have locked the accounts of many prominent Pakistani stars. This simply means that our Indian brothers and sisters, including favorite names like Hania Aamir, Mahira Khan and Ali Zafar, will now neither be able to follow them on Instagram nor will be able to see their new or old posts.

Now you must be wondering why all this happened? So listen, this step has been taken after that painful terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir. You will remember, on April 22, the terrorists brutally killed 26 innocent tourists. After this incident, the Indian government has taken this strict decision.

The account will be visible, but what will be visible? Haunted house!

Now listen to the interesting thing. If you search for any Pakistani celebrity on Instagram by entering his name, then you will see his account. But when you open it, on looking inside you will find that there is not a single post there! Moreover, a message will appear on the screen, “This account is not available in India. This is because we have been asked to restrict this content.” Meaning, the account is there, but there is nothing worth watching in it, as if it is a haunted house!

Not just Instagram, YouTube channels have also been blocked!

The matter is not limited to Instagram only. Even though no official announcement has come yet, but the news is that India has also banned Pakistan’s news channels and entertainment channels. Now if you try to open their famous channels to watch any Pakistani serial on YouTube, you will get a message – “This content is not available in your country at this time because the government has given these orders citing national security.” Meaning, now you may have to wait a little to watch serials like ‘Mere Humsafar’!

Pakistan government’s Twitter account also blocked!

And listen! The official Twitter account of the Pakistan government, @GovtofPakistan, has also been locked. If you try to open that account, you will see a simple message, “@GovtofPakistan account has been restricted.”
