Mahhi Vij Reacts Strongly to Divorce Rumours – One of the most beloved couples in the glamorous world of television, Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali, are currently in the spotlight due to news about their personal life. For the past few days, rumors have been spreading like wildfire on social media that the two are getting divorced after 14 years of marriage!

Now, actress Mahhi Vij has finally reacted strongly to these false reports. Calling them a “false narrative,” she has directly warned those spreading the rumors of legal action. Recently, an Instagram page went to extremes. It outright claimed that Jay and Mahhi signed divorce papers in July-August 2025. Furthermore, custody of the children has also been finalized.

Mahhi Vij’s reaction: Mahhi Vij furiously commented on this post: “Don’t spread false news. I will take legal action against this.” Her retort immediately went viral on social media, where fans overwhelmingly supported her.

 What were the media reports saying?

Some media reports, including one citing the Hindustan Times, claimed that the couple had been having trouble for a long time and had filed for divorce a few months ago. A source even said that Mahhi Vij had trust issues with Jay, which led to the growing distance between them.

The divorce has been finalized and the papers have been signed.  Mahhi Vij has completely dismissed these reports as a “false narrative” and has threatened legal action.

Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij married in 2011. They have a daughter, Tara, who was born in 2019. They also have two adopted foster children (Rajveer and Khushi), who have been with them since 2017. That means they are parents to three adorable children!
