Dharmendra’s Death – Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89, a fact confirmed by IANS. The actor breathed his last on Monday afternoon, around 1 pm, at his Mumbai residence. His final rites are being held at the Vile Parle crematorium, where the atmosphere has been deeply emotional since morning.
A video that went viral on social media showed Hema Malini and Esha Deol arriving at the cremation ground soon after the news of Dharmendra’s demise broke. Both mother and daughter were seen in simple white outfits, reflecting the sombre mood of the day.
In the visuals, Hema Malini sat quietly in her car, heading towards the crematorium. At the same time, Esha Deol stepped out of her vehicle and walked towards the entrance of the cremation site, her face visibly heavy with grief. Their appearance immediately became the focus as fans expressed their sorrow online.
Dharmendra’s elder son performed the last rites and lit the pyre, while other family members stood by in white clothing. An ambulance was seen outside the residence earlier in the day after the actor’s health reportedly worsened suddenly, leading to his passing.
Several Bollywood stars reached the crematorium to pay their final respects. Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan were among the many who attended the funeral. The entire industry is mourning the loss of a legend whose contribution to Hindi cinema remains unmatched.
