UGC NET December Exam 2025: The National Testing Agency has released the admit cards for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2025 session. The exam will be conducted on December 31st. The exam will be conducted in CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode for 85 subjects at various designated centres across the country.

Exam Schedule
The National Testing Agency will conduct the UGC NET December 2025 examination, which will utilise a computer-based test mode for 85 subjects. The examination will be held at various examination centres across the country on December 31, 2025, January 2, 2026, January 3, 2026, January 5, 2026, January 6, 2026, and January 7, 2026. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second shift will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Paper 1 will consist of 50 questions on Teaching and Research Aptitude, while Paper 2 will have 100 questions on the subject chosen by the candidate. The exam duration is 3 hours.
