TN TET 2025 Result: The Teacher Recruitment Board has released the results of the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TN TET) 2025 on its official website, trb.tn.gov.in. If you were also waiting for the TNTET 2025 results, please note that the results have been released. According to reports, the board has reduced the qualifying marks by 5 percent for reserved category candidates for teaching positions from Class 1 to 8. The eligibility certificate will be available online from February 2nd.

TN TET 2025 Result New Cut-off
The reduction in qualifying marks is expected to benefit reserved category candidates who narrowly missed the previous cut-off. The minimum qualifying marks have been prepared based on this.
General category candidates needed 90 marks to qualify, while backward classes and persons with disabilities needed 75 marks. The qualifying marks for SC, ST, and SC(A) candidates were set at 60.
Candidates belonging to the BC, BCM, and MBC/DNC categories, and persons with disabilities, must secure at least 75 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for SC, SC(A), and ST candidates are 60. The Tamil Nadu Recruitment Board has stated that to qualify for the eligibility test, candidates must secure 60 per cent marks for the General category, 55 per cent for reserved categories, and 40 per cent for SC and ST categories. According to the available information, the issuance of eligibility certificates is scheduled to begin on February 2nd.
