SBI Clerk Exam Date 2025:- Big news is coming out for the youth who dream of doing a government job. State Bank of India (SBI) has released the schedule of recruitment examination for the posts of Junior Associate i.e. Clerk. Many youths aspire to work in the government sector rather than the private sector. In such a situation, there is a great opportunity for those who want to work in SBI. According to the program released by the bank, the preliminary examination will be conducted on September 20, 21, and 27, 2025, at different centres across the country.
A total of 6589 posts are to be recruited through this recruitment campaign. In this recruitment, the candidates will have to go through three stages. First, there will be a preliminary examination, in which many types of questions related to the English language, numerical ability and reasoning will be asked. The exam will be one hour long and will have 100 questions, for which a total of 100 marks has been allocated. After this, there will be the main examination, and finally, the selected candidates will have to undergo the local language test. The candidate will secure the job only after completing these three stages.
SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2025:-
According to media reports, the hall ticket for the preliminary examination will be issued about 4 to 5 days before the exam date. Candidates will be able to download their admit card anytime after September 15. The admit card will be made available only on the official SBI website. To download the admit card, candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth. Please note that without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
Qualification and age limit
The candidate’s age should be between 20 and 28 years. However, OBC candidates are entitled to an age relaxation of up to 3 years. Apart from this, the SC and ST categories have been granted an age relaxation of up to 5 years, and the Divyang candidates have been given an age relaxation of up to 10 years.
