8th Pay Commission: Big news is here regarding 8th Pay Commission. As per reports, The deadline for submission of Memorandums to the 8th Central Pay Commission has been extended till 15 June 2026. This is the final extension and no further extension will be granted.
Not only that, The reports says, All stakeholders, staff associations, and employees should submit their representations through the Commission’s website before the deadline. Meanwhile people are demanding about right Fitment Factor, which is very important for next pay commission. Crores of central employees are waiting for the 8th Pay Commission. Some meetings already done and some are in pipeline. The 8th Pay Commission is expected to implemented in 2027. So the wait is so much longer for government employees.
Meanwhile the demands are in high level. Some people says, ‘I suggest OPS and 2.87fitment factor.leaders can increase their salaries according to their wishes.They are not the burden but only employees are taken as the burden for the country.why????’ Someone says, ‘Please keep 2.56 as fitment factor!’ Some people raise the question,Why can not they submitted till date? Why they are delay dalling? Please don’t extend any date and complete the process ASAP. The government still not pass the comment on it.

Level 1 to 5 —> 2.92
Level 6 to 8 —> 3.50
Level 9 to 12 —> 3.80
Level 13 to 16—> 4.09
Level 17 & 18 —> 4.38
