RRB Group D Exam: The Railway Recruitment Board has released the Group D application form status. Applicants can check whether their form has been rejected or accepted by visiting the official website. Candidates can check their application status by logging in to rrbapply.in. The exam will be held from November 17 to the last week of December. The Railways’ largest recruitment exam, RRB Group D, will begin on November 17, 2025, and continue until the end of December. This exam will fill 32,438 Group D positions in the Railways. More than one crore applications have been received for this recruitment. Selection for these positions will be based on a written exam and a physical test.

Now, submit your login details and log in to your account.
You will be able to check the status of your application to see if it has been accepted or rejected.
CBT Exam Date and Pattern
To be selected for this recruitment, candidates must first participate in a computer-based test. This exam will consist of 100 questions. The question paper will include 30 questions from Mathematics, 30 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, 25 questions from General Science, and 15 questions from General Awareness. Candidates will receive 1 mark for each correct answer. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Candidates will also have 90 minutes to complete the question paper.
Candidates who achieve the cutoff marks in the exam will qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process: the physical test. In the physical test, male candidates will be required to complete a 100-meter distance in 2 minutes while carrying a weight of 35 kilograms. Additionally, a 1000-meter distance will be covered in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.

Female candidates will be required to complete a 100-meter distance in 2 minutes while carrying a weight of 20 kilograms. Female candidates will have to cover the 1000-meter distance in 5 minutes 40 seconds.
Through Group D recruitment, the posts of Assistant (S&T), Assistant (Workshop), Assistant Bridge, Assistant Carriage and Wagon, Assistant Loco Shed (Diesel), Assistant Loco Shed (Electrical), Assistant Operation (Electrical), Assistant P.Way, Assistant TL & AC (Workshop), Assistant TL & AC, Assistant Track Machine, Assistant TRD, Pointsman B, and Track Maintainer-IV will be filled.
Group D Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on a computer-based test and a physical efficiency test. Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for a PET. The CBT will be conducted in one phase.
