MPPSC Prelims Result 2026 OUT: Recruitment for the State Administrative Service, DSP, Naib Tehsildar, BDO, and various other posts is to be conducted through the MP PCS recruitment examination. To check their results and download their scorecards, candidates must visit the official website: mppsc.mponline.gov.in. The application process for the MPPSC State Civil Services commenced on January 10, 2026.
Candidates were given the opportunity to apply online until February 9, 2026. The Preliminary Examination was held on April 26, 2026. The MPPSC has released the results of the preliminary examination in PDF format. A total of 191 candidates will be selected through this recruitment examination.
When was the Exam Held?
The PCS examination was conducted on April 26, 2026. The exam was held at various examination centres across Madhya Pradesh. A total of 191 candidates will be selected through this recruitment drive. Specifically, 155 candidates will be selected through the State Service Examination, and 36 through the State Forest Service Examination.

Block Women Empowerment Officer – 39 Posts
Assistant Development Commissioner – 15 Posts
Excise Sub-Inspector – 10 Posts
Naib Tehsildar – 4 Posts
Chief Municipal Officer – 5 Posts
Cooperative Inspector / Extension Officer – 16 Posts
Candidates who have successfully cleared the Preliminary Examination will now appear for the Main Examination. This MPPSC examination is considered one of the most prestigious examinations in the state.
When will the application process for the Main Examination begin?
The results for the Preliminary Examination have been released. Candidates who have been shortlisted for the Main Examination must now register online to appear for it. Applications for the Main Examination will commence on May 25. Candidates may apply for the Main Examination until June 15, 2026. All candidates appearing for the examination are advised to complete the application process well before the stipulated deadline.

There is a Gold Crisis?
The government has raised the import duty on gold from 6% to 15%. This marks the largest increase to date and completely reverses the duty reduction that was put in place in July 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also urged citizens to avoid purchasing gold for a year. The report indicates that additional factors such as gold prices, income level fluctuations, inflation, and monsoon conditions will also affect annual demand. As a result, gold demand in the country is anticipated to be 10% lower than earlier projections.
