JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card 2026 LIVE Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to commence the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination starting April 2. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode at various examination centres across India and abroad. With March drawing to a close and April just around the corner, very little time remains before the examination begins.
The city slips for the exam were released recently; however, the admit cards for the examination have not yet been issued. Students appearing for the exam are eagerly awaiting the release of their hall tickets. The admit card is a mandatory document for the examination; without it, students are not permitted to take the test.
According to the latest reports and past trends, the hall tickets are expected to be released by March 31. However, the date for the declaration of results has not yet been announced. Once the hall tickets are released, candidates will be able to download their admit cards via the official website,jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Examination to be Held in April
As per the official schedule released by the NTA, the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination will be conducted in April. The Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) examination is scheduled to take place during the first and second weeks of the month, followed by Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning).
Where & How to Download the JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card?
Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in
Click on the admit card link located in the ‘LATEST NEWS’ section.
Enter your application number, password, and the provided security code.
Then, click the ‘Submit’ button.
The admit card will then appear on your screen.
You can download it and take a printout.
Verify the Admit Card
Candidates are advised to thoroughly check all the details provided on the Admit Card. (such as name, parents’ names, date of birth, photograph, etc.). The NTA has also instructed candidates to verify the barcode printed on their admit cards. In the event of any discrepancy in these details, students are advised to contact the NTA helpline number at 011-40759000.
No official information has been shared regarding the exact date by which the admit cards for the examination will be released.
