JEE Main 2026: When will applications begin?
According to the NTA’s official notification, the registration process is expected to begin in the last week of October or the first week of November. JEE Main Exam Conduct and Sessions
JEE Main is conducted in two sessions every year.

JEE Main 2026 Exam Pattern
For BEB.In Techh courses, the exam will consist of a total of 75 questions.
- 25 questions from Physics
- 25 questions from Chemistry
- 25 questions from Mathematics
The exam will be three hours long, and negative marking will apply:
- +4 marks for a correct answer
- -1 mark for an incorrect answer

Candidates must have the following documents with them for registration:
- Passport-size photo
- Scanned copy of signature
- Aadhaar card or other identity proof
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
