Haryana Board: Like every year, students are busy preparing for the annual examinations of 10th and 12th class to be held in February-March. During this time, Haryana Private School Welfare Association has started an initiative to relieve their stress. Under this, the association will provide free counseling to students and their parents. For this, the association released three helpline numbers on Monday.

You can contact on three numbers for 12 hours

State President of the Association Ram Avtar Sharma and Amit Dagar, authorized for state counseling, held a press conference in Bhiwani. During this, he said that every year 3.40 crore students appear in board examinations in the country, in which about 10 to 15 percent children also fail. In such a situation, the helpline has been started with the aim of stopping the tendency of suicide of students and creating an environment of fear-free examination. These numbers are 9053002213, 9053002214 and 9053002215. These numbers can be contacted from 9 am to 9 pm. He told that Private School Welfare Association will now implement this every year from 15 December to 31 March.

Along with this, separate panels have been formed for the students of CBSE Board and Haryana School Education Board, so that by removing stress among the examinees, they can be prevented from committing suicide. He says that in this era of competition, parents and acquaintances often instill the fear of examination in the mind of the student knowingly or unknowingly.

This fear will be removed through counseling. Students are explained that the way the student has given exams for the last 9 or 11 years, this is the same type of exam. Throughout life, he has to give exams in different circumstances.

Examination is a continuous process

Examination is a continuous process, one should never get nervous or have the fear of failing in it. He said that along with counselling, children are given tips to get rid of stress immediately. Along with this, information related to yoga and pranayam will also be given so that stress can be eliminated.
